Discovering where the hard and soft assets meet and living life at that point requires a meshing of the professional and personal worlds. It means finding a new approach to work and life and tapping into both hard and soft assets in every situation., whether that is running an organization or playing softball.
Employing real genius is a multi-dimensional approach to life, and being successful at it requires three steps:
